Devotional Reading:
The valley of the shadow of death is where pestilence thrives. It looks dark, threatening, and fearful. Yet David declared boldly, “I will fear no evil.” Why? Because God’s presence was with him.
In Acts 12, Peter was imprisoned, facing certain death, but God sent an angel to deliver him. The prison doors opened on their own, and he walked free. Pestilence lost its grip in the valley of death.
Beloved, when you feel surrounded by danger, remember: it’s only a shadow. God’s light is greater. Walk through the valley fearlessly—you are not alone.
