Scripture:
“They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.” – Mark 16:18 (KJV)
Devotional Reading:
God’s promise covers even accidental encounters with deadly things. Pestilence may appear as poison, but His word says, “It shall not hurt them.”
In 2 Kings 4:38–41, poison entered the prophets’ pot of stew, but Elisha threw in flour by divine instruction, and the poison lost its power. What should have killed them became harmless.
Beloved, believe God’s promise: nothing deadly shall harm you. Pestilence is neutralized by divine power.
