Prayer Department

  • Oversees intercessory prayers for the church, members, and the community.
  • Organizes prayer meetings, vigils, and fasting programs.
  • Ensures the church remains spiritually fortified.

James 5:16 – “The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.”

Evangelism & Follow-Up Department

  • Focuses on soul-winning, evangelism, and outreach efforts.
  • Ensures that new converts and first-time visitors are followed up and integrated into the church.
  • Organizes community evangelism and mission programs.

    Mark 16:15 – “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.”

Ushering Department

 

  • Ensures orderliness during services by directing people to seats and maintaining decorum.
  • Assists with offerings, communion, and church logistics.
  • Provides hospitality and welcomes visitors warmly.

Romans 12:13 – “Share with the Lord’s people who are in need. Practice hospitality.”

Choir & Worship Team (Levites)

  • Leads the congregation in spirit-filled worship and praise.
  • Coordinates rehearsals, special music events, and worship nights.
  • Encourages an atmosphere of divine presence through music.

Psalm 100:2 – “Worship the Lord with gladness; come before him with joyful songs.”

  • Manages church announcements, online presence, and social media.
  • Handles live streaming, audio-visuals, and sermon recordings.
  • Ensures effective communication of church programs and messages.
Habakkuk 2:2 – “Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it.”

Protocol, Transport & Logistics Department

 

  • Ensures smooth movement of guests, ministers, and church members.
  • Organizes transportation for members in need.
  • Provides security and maintains order during church programs.

1 Corinthians 14:40 – “Let all things be done decently and in order.”

Sanitation Department  
  • Ensures cleanliness and hygiene within the church premises.
  • Organizes sanitation schedules and maintains facilities.
  • Ensures a welcoming and pleasant worship environment.
1 Corinthians 3:16-17 – “You are God’s temple… If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy him.”
Children’s Department
  • Provides biblical teaching for children in an engaging and age-appropriate way.
  • Organizes children’s activities, Sunday school, and special programs.
  • Partners with parents to raise godly children.
Proverbs 22:6 – “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”

Youth & Young Adults Ministry (The Echoes)
  • Engages young people through Bible study, mentorship, and empowerment programs.
  • Organizes youth fellowships, career workshops, and leadership training.
  • Encourages spiritual growth and community impact among young believers.

Good Women Fellowship (The Bloom)
  • Empowers women spiritually, emotionally, and socially.
  • Organizes women’s conferences, prayer meetings, and mentorship programs.
  • Supports women in balancing faith, family, and career.
Proverbs 31:26 – “She opens her mouth with wisdom, and the teaching of kindness is on her tongue.”

Redeemer’s Men Fellowship (The Builder)
  • Strengthens men spiritually and encourages godly leadership in homes and society.
  • Organizes men’s retreats, Bible studies, and outreach programs.
  • Encourages mentorship and discipleship among men.

Welfare & Community Service Department
  • Provides support to members in need through food baskets, financial aid, and welfare services.
  • Organizes community outreach and charity initiatives.
  • Ensures that the love of Christ is extended to all, inside and outside the church.
Matthew 25:35 – “For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you took me in.”

  • Oversees Sunday school teachings for all age groups.
  • Organizes Bible study and discipleship training.
  • Equips members with a solid biblical foundation.

Counseling Department
  • Provides spiritual and emotional guidance to members.
  • Offers pre-marital, marital, and personal counseling.
  • Helps members navigate challenges using biblical principles.
