Devotional Reading:
Every day, we step out into a world filled with dangers—visible and invisible. Pestilence lurks in the marketplace, in travel, in daily interactions. Yet God promises to preserve both your going out and your coming in.
Jacob traveled from his father’s house to Laban’s and back, but through dangers and deceptions, God preserved him (Genesis 31:42). Your journeys are likewise marked for safety under God’s hand.
Beloved, no noisome pestilence can ambush you. Whether at work, school, or home, God’s preservation covers you.
